All terms are per week commencing at 4.00 p.m. on Saturday and ending at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday.

A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per week is required with your reservation and the balance must be settled four weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.

The reservation constitutes a binding contract between yourself and The Old Crofthouse. In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if this can be done any monies will be returned. If unable to re-let, the full rental will be payable. Visitors are strongly advised to take out their own insurance to cover any eventuality.

Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.

The Old Crofthouse is ideal for four people but a cot and/or additional folding bed are available by prior arrangement. It is recommended that the folding bed is used by younger visitors and the maximum number staying at The Old Crofthouse is 5 + baby.

Wi-Fi is free of charge at The Old Crofthouse.

Bed, bath and kitchen linen is included in the rent. An initial supply of basic kitchen/bathroom cleaning products (washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc) is also included.

Guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the property during their stay whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment damaged, broken or lost.

The Old Crofthouse must be left clean and tidy for the next visitors by 10.00 a.m. on the last day. Out of respect for allergy sufferers, pet owners are also asked to remove all traces of animal hairs from carpets, and ’deposits’ from the garden before departure.
